Delivery
All parcels are posted with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery. However, this does not mean you will receive your order within 24 hours of placing it.
The chocolates are handpainted and hand made and can take approxiamtely 3-4 days to create. This means that it can take between 7- 10 days before you will recieve your order. I thank you in advance for your patience and advise that if you need some chocolates for a certain date then you get in touch via hello@hotcocoa.co.uk or use our contact form on the website.
Hopefully you think our chocolates are worth the wait!
If you have ordered a pre-order item then you can expect to recieve 1 to 2 weeks prior to the festive date. e.g. easter, valentines or christmas.
Warmer Weather
During the warmer months posting times may vary even more. I constantly weather watch and post your chocs on the best days.
They will also be posted with ice packs to keep them cool during their travels!
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns if the product has been damaged during delivery.
To return your items you must first get in touch with a photo of the damaged goods before sending them back in the orginally packaging. The returns postage will be at your own cost.
Once we have recieved the goods you can choose to either have another sent out to replace them or get a refund.
