Salted Walnut Bonbons
The salted walnut bonbon is based on my favourite ice cream recipe. Its smooth, creamy, crunch, salty and sweet all at the same time!! The white chocolate shell balances the salty walnuts perfectly! A must try.
All chocolates are hand painted in our shop in Knutsford before being brought to life with exquisiste coveture chocolate.

Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass (28% min cocoa solids), emilsifier: SOYA lecithin, whole MILK powder, WALNUTS, natural vanilla, back pepper, glucose syrup.

Store the bonbons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Each box will come with a best before date on the base (approx 4 weeks) but I always reccomend eating them as fresh as possible to get the best flavours and textures.
